INSTRUCTION TO APPLICANT
1. DATE OF SUBMISSION
- Application forms submission commences on 15th May, 2022 and classes for the Academic year 2022/2023 start on 10th October, 2022
2. ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS FOR CERTIFICATE COURSE
- Certificate in Community Development
- Students applying for certificate course in Community Development should have at least FOUR passes in any subjects except Bible and Islamic Knowledge (i.e. four D's or more)
- Certificate in Agriculture Production
- Applicant must have at least TWO passes of grade “D” in Physics, Biology, Geography, Mathematics, Chemistry, Nutrition, Engineering Science and Agriculture and TWO passes in other subjects of grade “D” in the Ordinary Certificate of Secondary Education. English will be an added advantage.
- Applicant has successfully been awarded National Vocational Award (NVA) Level 3 status in the Agricultural Field from VETA Training Institutes.
- Certificate in Animal Health And Production
- Applicant must have at least TWO passes of grade “D” in Physics, Biology, Geography, Mathematics, Chemistry, Nutrition, Engineering Science and Agriculture and TWO passes in other subjects of grade “D” in the Ordinary Certificate of Secondary Education. English will be an added advantage.
- Applicant has successfully been awarded National Vocational Award (NVA) Level 3 status in the Agricultural Field from VETA Training Institutes.
3. QUALIFICATIONS FOR DIPLOMA COURSE
Student applying for diploma course should meet one of the following criteria
- Diploma in Community Development
- Holder of Certificate of two years from any recognized institution
- Holder of Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (ACSEE) with at least three (3) subsidiaries "S" passes in relevant subjects as per course specifications
- Diploma in Animal Health and Prod Upgrading
- Students applying for diploma course in Animal Health and Production should have at least THREE (3) Subsidiary passes "S" in science subjects in Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (ACSEE).
- Should have graduated certificate course in General Agriculture/Agro-vet, Certificate in Animal Health and Production from any registered institute.
- Students applying for diploma course in Agriculture Prodution should have at least THREE (3) Subsidiary passes "S" in science subjects in Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (ACSEE).
- Should have graduated certificate course in Agriculture Prodution /Certificate in Agriculture and Livestock Production from any registered institute.

3. NACTE ADMISSION FEE
After all the procedures of application, the applicant is required to make payments of Tsh 20,000/= as NACTE Admission Fee through the mantioned bank account above
