Tanzania Research and Career Development Institute Students Organization (TRACDISO) is a student leadership organization operating at the institute.

TRACDISO co-operates with institute management in organizing students, decision making and handling disciplinary matters of the students. Members of TRACDISO including the President and Members of Parliament (MPs) are normally obtained through Election.
